ODI squad declared for Tigers
Sports: Afganistan cricket team will arrive in Dhaka on the 21stSeptember this year to play threeone dayinternationals against Bangladesh cricket team.On the other hand,England cricket team is coming on the 30thSeptember to play 3 ODIs and 2 tests against the Tigers.
A primary squad including 20 cricketers has been announced for the coming two tours. Bangladesh Cricket Board declared the squad on Tuesday by an official notice. BCB started a conditioning camp that included 30 cricketers on the 20th July.
However, the cricketers who were in outside of conditioning camp but were in High Performance Unit have been taken to the last declared squad. The new 4 cricketers are Mehedi Hasan Miraj(formerly under 19 captain),Shubashish Roy and Alauddin Babu and Mosharraf Hossain Rubel. The elector of Bangladesh National Team Minhazul Islam Nannu informed,‘the final squad of 15 members who will play against Afganistan will be declared on the 18th September’.
Those who are in squad are: Tamim Iqbal,Soumya Sarkar,Anamul Haque Bijoy,Mushfiqur Rahim,Shakib-Al-Hasan,Imrul Kayes,Mashrafi Mortaza,Mehedi Hasan Miraj,Taskin Ahmed,Al-Amin Hossain,Rubel Hossain, Alauddin Babu,Shubashish Roy Chowdhury,Taijul Islam,Sabbir Rahman,Nasir Hossain,Mosaddek Hossain,Mohammadullah Riyad,Shafiul Islam and Mosharraf Hossain Rubel.
